 The Management Trust (TMT) stops serving as Master HOA Manager on 1/1/25.

LIBERTY TOWNHOMA HOA COMMUNITY MANAGER

Per Board Member John Mott, Liberty Tonwhome HOA decided to stay with The Management Trust (TMT) after 1/1/25. Townhome owners continue paying Townhome Dues to TMT and access Townhome docs in TMT portal.

But, Master HOA dues should be paid to HOA Properties as of 1/1/25.

EG CSD, oversees a budget funded by our Mello-Roos taxes, advises the County Board of Supervisors about operations
