Want to replace your BLACK mailbox? ARC has pre-approved the Oasis 360 LOCKING Metal Large Mailbox Pewter Item #737546 | Model #6300P-10 sold at Home Depot, Lowe's, Amazon, and other stores. If you don't have a black mailbox, contact ARC (HOA committee) for approval on a different replacement model.

LIBERTY TOWNHOME HOA COMMUNITY MANAGER

Liberty Townhome sub-HOA decided to stay with The Management Trust (TMT). Townhome owners continue paying Townhome Dues to TMT and access Townhome docs in TMT portal.

But, Master HOA dues should be paid to HOA Properties as of 1/1/25. Newsletter
