2023 HOA Fee Increase

The Management Trust Statement regarding notices sent about the 2023 Fee Increase:

"Effective January 1, 2023 the East Garrison Community Association dues were increased from $125/homeowner/month to $150/homeowner/month.

The 2023 fiscal year budget was reviewed and voted on at the November 14, 2022 Regular Board of Directors meeting. The prior management company, Associa, sent out the budget disclosure packet on November 28, 2022 which is prior to the notice deadline set by the CA Civil Code. You would have received this package via US mail.

This budget disclosure packet has also been uploaded to the portal at my.managementtrust.com under "Documents." If you have any questions about these increases please contact the current management company, The Management Trust"
